Inactive account without any prior notice

My account showing inactive and asking to add new card information and verify identity, I changed my charge method and added new card. Its showing that it may take few minutes to activate the account. Its been now more than 2 hours nothing happening. I haven't received any mail or notice before inactivation. Please guide me how to activate now?
