FC Transfers are a DISASTER!

Many small businesses rely on efficient logistics, and issues like these can be particularly damaging. Many of us here are facing significant challenges with Amazon FC Transfers, particularly regarding product losses and unsatisfactory customer service. It seems that after providing detailed documentation, utilizing various communication channels (phone, cases, emails), and escalating problems to Leadership, we are all left in the same situation: missing units, declining sales, and lack of support and resolution.

Although I have more than ASIN in the same situation, I created a case on October 28th regarding a product that was unavailable to customers despite having a total of 99 units in inventory; 97 of which were in FC TRANSFER. Over the last 40+ days, I have received multiple responses, none of which could provide an adequate and sensible response. However, my inventory mysteriously disappeared. According to the Inventory Ledger, Amazon subtracted 37 on November 9th and another 60 on December 2nd. I now have 0 units but sold only 1 unit in the last 60 days.

What is going on with FC Transfers? Amazon has to be aware of this problem. Is there any accountability for the problem? How do they plan to resolve it? Are they aware or even care about this debacle's impact on small businesses. When I typed FC Transfers into the search bar in this forum, 364 discussions appeared. This was validating yet frustrating.

Come on, Amazon- Do Better! Acknowledge this! Fix It!

Hey there @Seller_cdbM3DGPQ5gOz,

Thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums, and sharing your concerns regarding FC transfers. Anecdotally, I've worked with a few sellers recently on the issue and the holiday season volume with the FC network has impacted the timeline for transfers to complete.

That being said, I'd like to take a closer look at yours and see if there are options to escalate the issue internally. Can you share with me the most recent Seller Support case number related to the issue? (Having the most recent is important for the purposes of escalating).
