Coupons and Promotions

As a new seller on Amazon, I am trying to get my brand and products in front on consumers, so I've tried to create promotions and coupons.

Here's what I have experienced so far.

1) BOGO Promotions - the promotion NEVER showed up on any of the product pages. When contacting seller support this is what I was told.

"Amazon frequently experiments to optimize our shoppers’ experience. These experiments may cause changes in how, whether or if promotions display, as we seek to display the best promotions. Amazon is unable to alter this experience to display specific promotions. Contacting Amazon will not change which promotions display."

Basically, good luck having the promotion show up on the product listing page or your brand store.

2) Coupons - Currently, I only have 11 products available to purchase, I figured having a coupon will get consumers to try my beauty brand. Unfortunately, 8 ASINs were suppressed because there's NO SALES HISTORY! How the heck am I supposed to have sales when I recently joined the platform?

Any sellers having the same issues? If so, how are you resolving them?

Thanks!
