Does anyone send inventory to FBA using the recommended pack groups?

It says they apply a discount to you next FBA shipment but they don't say how much? I need to know how much so I can decide if it is worth it.

I am still hurting from one of the last 'promotions' they ran when the APC cost went up about 20%.

Anyone know what the savings are like?
