Listing Blocked and I need Help, Small Issue Has Turned into a Nightmare.

I have a serious issue with one of my listings. I've been selling on amazon for almost 4 years now and never have had an issue like this before. The forums is my last resort.

A couple days ago my bread and butter listing was hit with a trademark violation of using the word "skittles" in the title. The product I sell are live shrimp for aquariums. Even though my product is unrelated to the candy and wouldn't actually be concern for trademark violation as in the product industry I am in "skittles" is used as a color and not a item and wouldn't apply to trademark law. I went to remove the word from the title and change it to "mixed" or "rainbow" just to avoid any sort of issue. When I went to change it I was unable to as amazon had added the word itself permanently to the title. I found this frustrating but opened a case with amazon to get the word removed, figured it would be no big deal and get removed rather fast as it was just a word that needed to get removed. 2 days went by and the word didn't get removed and the case was never read. The listing was then blocked for trademark violation. This is my main listing on amazon. I was scared and called amazon, The person on the phone reviewed the listing and told me she will remove the word and just wait 24-48 hours and the listing should be back up in no time and told me to just wait for the system to update. I was relieved and checked again the next morning, still wasn't back up. I called again on the phone and the lady the second time I called assured me everything looked good and was just going through its final steps and to be patient. About a half hour later I get and email from amazon explaining

"We received your submission and after careful review we have determined that your ASINs do not meet the criteria for reinstatement.

Why did this happen?

Your listings do not meet our standards. Refer to the following details:

ASIN: B0CZPVJ12W

This product has been identified as a live organism, or a product that contains/includes a live organism, that is subject to regulation in the state of Oregon. Although permissible for listing on Amazon, such products cannot be sold into the state of Oregon based on state law and Amazon policy."

The product I sell are live shrimp for aquariums. These are totally allowed by amazon per their own rules and there are no state regulations on these items that I can find anywhere. My account is in perfect health, I've been selling these on amazon since ive started with no issues ever regarding their "living organism status relating to Oregon". There are HUNDREDS of other listings of this item on amazon and have been for years with listings almost entirely identical to mine beside brand name as all the shrimp have the genus and are the same species. This turned from a very simple keyword removal issue into a full blown removal of the listing and scaring me out of my bread and butter product. I also don't understand what they mean in regards to this item can be listed on amazon but not sold in Oregon but also we aren't gonna unblock the ASIN . I have called 5 times since then and continued to explain the situation. All people I have gotten on the phone don't understand why this would happened and they are just as puzzled and confused as I am. They continue to submit appeals but I keep getting the same exact email over and over again from amazon(the one I put up above). I need real help. At the very least I would like it to explained why all the other ASINS are not in violation of this "sorta rule" above. I have listed the other ASINS of the exact same products below here of other sellers. I only included a few examples as there are literally HUNDREDS of ASINS just like this so maybe if I'm lucky a mod can take a look and maybe explain what's happening or who I can call. Thank you guys so much for you time:) B09HWT7PB6, B093ZDL5CY, B0CQT242J1, B0DDBVW77W, B0D469RJLW, B0CTYHY8WL.
