Product authenticity complaint to one of my listing
Hello,
My listings was reported by a customer for authenticity.
Amazon is asking Invoice on or before dated 5th Oct 2024. But I have Invoice dated 26 Sept 2024. Still amazon reject my appeal.
please assist me on this matter

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.
Indeed one of the requirements of the invoices to appeal is to be dated within the past 365 days before the receipt of the performance notification. However, there are other conditions too that need to be met in order for the invoice to be accepted.
