Product name update
I have a listing which is not yet active as I am a new seller and created it. But I need to update the variation product name and created an Amazon case as Edit was not working for variation product name.
I got a response to do a "Full update" and below is what I got.
"1. Download the appropriate category template for your category using the Product Classifier or Templates for Specific Categories.Refer to the Valid Values tab in the template to see what variation themes are available.Note: If no variation theme is listed, you cannot create a product with variations in that category."
How do I download the temple , where is the category template. My category is Toys and Games.

The new templates are in an Excel format, and are regularly updated with the current listing requirements for Amazon. This ensures you are able to provide all of the current required and optional information for each category and use new features. There are two options for using the new templates:
Custom templates
These are customizable templates that you can tailor by selecting the categories and attribute groups you need. All the selected categories are auto populated as a drop-down selection in the new template. To learn more about Custom templates, see theCreate your inventory file template page.
Category Custom templates
These are the updated version of the Category specific inventory files featuring the full list of attributes for an entire category.

There is also the New Seller group within the Seller Forums that provides a safe space for new Sellers to post any questions, interact with and learn from other Seller's threads, and meet and network with other new Sellers. If you haven’t already visited the group, you can access them by following the steps below:
