Competitive Price Policy - Buybox Suppressed...

We have a best seller product that Amazon has found on another website cheaper, so our buybox has been suppressed making it appear to customers that it's unavailable. However the price they're comparing it to doesn't include the steep shipping charge that website charges, $18.96 for a one pound bag. When that's taken into consideration the other website is priced almost $10 higher than us. the website does have a "free shipping" program for $99/month, but even then the minimum purchase needs to be $29.00 or more to get the free shipping (which this product doesn't meet that requirement) on top of the $99/month fee. We have been battling with Amazon since January 28th, and each time despite these facts, screenshots, and links, Amazon has continued to send back canned responses that state "current offer is not eligible to be a Featured Offer as the price is not competitive based on a price(s) we've recently observed at another reputable retailer(s)". This is a product that sells thousands of units a month, we are currently selling single digits a day because we have been wrongfully penalized for a condition that doesn't exist. If anybody has dealt with this and found a way to get Amazon to think rationally and understand simple math, please let me know! TIA
