Primary email address disappeared
hi, i have had my seller account for over 12 months and this week my primary email has disappeared. I cannot log in to my account.
I have a secondary email but it has no permissions on it so i literally cannot do anything.
has anyone else had this problem or could advise on how to get this back.
i cannot speak to the amazon team as i am unable to open a case

Sound like you have been hacked. Did you click on any links in an email? Amazon don't help by sending emails with links to your seller central. It makes it easy to spoof an email with a link to a bogus seller central page where the hackers can see your details when you log in, then log in to your account and change your details.
Hopefully it's some other reason.
