Amazon is the worst.!!!!
When I tried to start an Amazon business and applied for an account, my account was suspended after the Professional Seller fee was charged because it was linked to another account.
However, I have no memory of that account at all, and when I inquired about it, they only gave me template responses. Even when I requested a call, no one called me back!
In the template responses, they asked me for documents to prove that I am not related to the other account, which is ridiculous. How can I prove something about an account I don't even know? Shouldn't Amazon take responsibility and investigate properly? No matter how many times I inquire, I only get the same template responses.
I am the legitimate account holder and can prove my identity. If my account is linked to another account, it means my personal information has been misused. Shouldn't they be suspending the account that is misusing my information?
I've reached my limit. When I searched online, I found many similar cases that were never resolved. It's clearly Amazon's fault, and they don't provide proper support.
I think I will quit using Amazon, but I also want a refund of the fees that were already charged. However, because my account is suspended, I can't even inquire about the refund. The service is truly the worst !!!
Amazon is very unfriendly and lacks respect for people who are seriously trying to do business.
As someone living abroad, where can I voice this call for justice? How can this issue be resolved?

"Linked account" isn't limited to you personally. If anyone in your household, or even a relative or friend that Amazon has linked to you (maybe they sent stuff to you from their Prime account; or used your wi-fi when visiting), that can trigger a "Linked account" problem.
I sadly don't have helpful advice to offer; I suspect that many of these claims are spurious. And as you note, they seem to never be resolved. But I wanted to point out that the issue might be with a friend or relative having an account, which might give you a (very) slight chance at convincing Amazon that you are not working together. All I can do is wish you good luck at resolving the issues. (and I'll point out, this problem is not limited to non-US sellers)

My son got suspended as soon as he logged onto his account in a new apartment. It seems the prior owner had an Amazon's seller account. We never got it straightened out. He now can't buy or sell on Amazon, but does great on EBAY.

This is a typical Amazon dilemma. Even for older, seasoned sellers like myself. It never ends.
For example, I recently received a policy violation related to a product. The violation says the product was "defective."
Amazon is ordering me to respond to the allegation. Yet they will not tell me what the customer said.
Amazon is ordering me to respond to the customer. And Amazon wants me to tell them about all communications I may have had with the customer. Yet Amazon will not tell me who the customer is.
Amazon wants me to enlighten them with details about the product. But when I appeal the violation there is no place on the appeal's page to write. Only boxes to check.
The product has a 4.5 rating. Yet Amazon says they may deactivate it because some anonymous idiot said it was defective. Probably to justify a free return when they no longer wanted the item.
This is the way Amazon operates, unfortunately. They have all the power. There is nothing sellers can do. This place is a dumpster fire.

For the sake of your own happiness and mental well-being, I would recommend just forgetting about it and moving on. In life I've generally found that railing against the system doesn't hurt the system, it just hurts you. So have your say, express your outrage, then let it go and move on to better things.

This company will now extort sellers if they don't set their prices at the level they want. The time for law suits is now, this is extortion. They are price fixing, using unfair trade practices, contract law violations, state laws, anti-trust laws. Its absolute disgusting and hopefully sellers are lawyering up to combat this.

They don't have to prove you are related to another account, they already have the information you are related.
The "other" account is already suspended, this is why yours is suspended. If the other account would not be suspended it will be no problem.
You have to either appeal to open the first account or, if you are not related, explain how although it seems you are related you are not.
Examples of explanations:
My other account was used by my ex wife but now we are divorced
Me and my brother used the same credit card in a joint company
and send the proof.
etc

Does your country have a trade commission. There has to be something totally illegal about them charging you the fee THEN telling you you can't join. Demand your money back.
