1 star rating without review
Hi Everyone Im new here and just started to sell my handcraft products with my own brand. Firstly we started to sell well and got 5 star rating from a client. But then we got 1 star rating without any review and couldn't understand where we are making mistake. We also sell at Etsy and our rating is 4.83 there. There is a rule at Etsy and if you give 1 star rating, you have to write a review. Unfortunately at amazon we don't have any chance to learn the reason and it effected our sales. What can you recommend me ? Can I request customer support to delete 1 star rating without review ?

Amazon allows customers to leave feedback without leaving any sort of comment or review. Doesn't matter if the rating is 5 star or 1.
If this is a review, I'm not sure what the rules are; but I doubt that they are different.
