LTL FBA inventory return covered in broken glass - Amazon refuses to reimburse

I recently removed 4 pallets of inventory from FBA and had it returned to my local warehouse via LTL freight. I got the pallets back and many of the boxes were damaged, but even worse, they were all covered in broken glass. This definitely happened at the warehouse BEFORE shipping. There was no glass in the freight truck other than on my pallets.

I filed a case with Amazon. Many of the boxes were also damaged, so I photographed all of the damage and broken glass, and sent it to Amazon. They reimbursed me for the damaged boxes saying they were damaged while shipped. This means the removal fees were not reimbursed, so I get about $1 per item reimbursed. Thanks. But what about the broken glass? These are medical gowns and when I examine the boxes, most of them still have broken glass in them. I have to dispose of the entire lot. They have completely ignored the fact that this almost certainly happened AT THE WAREHOUSE BEFORE SHIPPING. If that's the case, they should have never shipped them and I would be reimbursed the return fees per Amazon policy. This is clearly damaged at the warehouse. Amazon just ignores the broken glass issue and says 'we already paid you so shut up.' How do I get them to look into this? I have pictures of these pallets coved in glass!

"There was no glass in the freight truck other than on my pallets."

You realize that the delivering truck was one of several trailers that your shipment was in while being returned to you?

This was never resolved and there was no follow up. Another story of Amazon costing me money and destroying my stuff. Boohoo.
