Seller Payment account on hold due to credit card used on my consumer account

Not sure if you can help at all? our seller payment account has been put on hold due to a new credit card that was used on our consumer account,
account-confirmation-eu have asked for info regarding the card holder and a proof of registration document which i provided and they refused with no explination as to why, seller support suggested sending statments for the credit card which were also refused, Ive sent passports, card statments, proof of company directorship and all refused, i have opened multiple cases with seller support but unfortunatly they can't tell me what document they need from us, at a total loss now as 7 days of back and forth have already past and only 7 days left before the account will be shut down,
If anyone can shed anylight on what document is needed so I can get this resolve, I would be very gratefull, many thanks
