A-to-z claim funded by the seller despite Amazon’s Buy Shipping was used
The customer opened A-to-z claim for the item that hasn't arrived and it was granted despite the evidence that shows it was delivered. Long story short the funds were taken from our account despite the shipping label was purchased using Amazon’s Buy Shipping which should protect sellers from such claims. Also received the message from Amazon saying 'The customer claimed an issue with delivery. Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee covered the cost of this claim on your behalf because you used Amazon’s Buy Shipping and the customer issue was outside your'.

Was the delivery signed from the buyer?
Using Buy Shipping services will protect your ODR impact when a customer reports problems with the delivery but the Seller is still responsible for the financial loss of the claim.
