Vine reviewer contacted me to "exchange" product
I'm happy with the Vine program, however, one reviewer left a 2-star review claiming one of our shampoo bar ingredients is "toxic" (it's a globally approved preservative used at appropriate rates). Our ingredients are listed on the product page. That's fine; anyone worried about it can avoid my items.
However, he contacted me off Amazon to request that I send him a postage paid envelope to return the unused shampoo bar in exchange for other items. This seems very scammy to me. I tried to report him through the abuse system, but couldn't find a place to report "buyers" or Vine reviewers as opposed to sellers.
