Unable to list any books on Amazon
i have been selling on Amazon for just over 2 years, my account health is perfect. All my information is updated on the inform act. Last week I was trying to list books and all of a sudden I'm not able to list any book, I keep getting not available when I try to list. I currently have 235 books in my sellers inventory for sale on Amazon right now, I did an experiment to try to list some of the books already in my inventory, and I got the same, NOT AVAILABLE. I did another experiment, I typed in books in the add a product section, it came up the Amazon whole inventory, over 281,000 books. They all said NOT AVAILABLE. I'm not available to list any books even the ones I'm currently selling on Amazon. I called customer service, they gave me generic answer. About being gated, my case was escalated to the internal team, they also gave me a generic answer about being gated. Is this happening to anyone else, what's the solution

You MIGHT want to start reading the Forum more than you have (apparently) been doing.
There are DOZENS of posts about this issue.
More and more brands are providing a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
I had one of my brands stop me because they CHANGED the company they hired to screen sellers. The NEW screener did not recognize my Amazon store name because I do all my purchases under a different LLC. It took a couple weeks to get straightened out and no problems since then.
In addition to Coach and a number of book publishers, there are others blocking most or all sellers.
Here is another recent addition from a few days ago --
“As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon is implementing listing restrictions for Eclipse Glasses. You will no longer be able to sell these products and your listings will be removed. We are not accepting applications to sell these products.”

This is a longshot; I've suggested it to several other people having the same problem, but none have let me know if they tried it or if it worked:
Have you tried clearing the cache in your browser? Have you tried a different browser?

I am in the same problem as you, I have opened several cases and try to escalate them but so far no answers. Another (new) seller friend can create them without problems. If you have the answer it would be appreciated to share
