Money stuck in Account Level Reserve for 4 months no resolution
NEED HELP URGENT!!!!

My payment all blocked into the "Account Level Reserve" and we can not get any money back almost 4 months. Over 1k+ Payment into the "Account Level Reserve" now. But the Account Health is "HEALTHY". We haven't get any notice from Amazon to explain what the reason? Tried many many times to make contact with Amazon different Teams, but still nobody give us a exact reply and when will solve this issue. All the cases just end up with status transferred with no resolution. What should we do? Anybody met this issue before?
If you met this issue before, would you please give us a guidance? Highly appreciate.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could get some additional details here. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
