Penguin Brand Approval
Our Penguin titles have all been deactivated requiring approval as others have noticed in the last few days. However we can't regain approval despite sending all the correct documentation (everything is satisfied on tick box list as far as we can see). There are no details of what is wrong in the rejection and when we opened up a case log we just received the same rejection with no details. The distributor we buy from for these titles is a well known book wholesaler and the invoice we sent is recent. Our account health has always been perfect and we've never had a brand rejection before. Does anyone known what the best course of action is? Is it worth reapplying with an invoice from a different supplier?
