How To Transfer a Brand Registration
Hello,
We recently purchased a company that had a brand registered with Amazon. The IP for that brand has been transferred at the UK IPO and is now registered in my name but Amazon Brand Registry says the Brand is already enrolled.
The previous owner's Amazon account has now been closed and they cannot help with a transfer.
I've reached out to the Brand Registry team but so far haven't received a reply
Any help would be great
