Confusion about 'ship by' for books
I am terribly confused about the 'ship by' dates for book orders. Normally, they have been 2 business days after order date.
3 book orders today: 1 'ship by Tuesday' and 2 'ship by' tomorrow, Monday. None are requesting expedited shipping, none are from business customers, etc.
What the heck is up with the amazon bots? If you don't ship by when they say you should your shipment is marked late regardless of the fact that it complies with the rules of 2 business days.

Check to see if automated handling time has been enabled for you.
If it has, see if you can disable it.
Automated handling time overrides the SKU-specific handling time you have entered.
