Help! Amazon Suspended My Account and Withheld Funds Unfairly

Hey everyone,

I'm really frustrated and could use some advice about my Amazon seller account. My account "Jewel Cyper" got suspended because Amazon said it was linked to my friend's account. I've been trying to get it reactivated for weeks now. I provided all the documents they asked for, including a notarized affidavit saying I don't own my friend's account, removed all shared payment methods, and even completed their policy training.

Then, after I applied to get my funds released, I did their virtual verification. But a few days later, I got an email saying my account was used for deceptive or fraudulent activities like fake transactions or money laundering. I was shocked! I've been selling on Amazon for two years without any problems.

Does anyone know how I can fight these serious accusations? What else can I do to prove my account is legitimate? Has anyone else gone through something like this and managed to get their account reactivated and funds released?

Looks like only a specialized attorney can eventually help you out. He has to proove that these severe accusations of money laundering are not true. BUT - if Amazon's AI detected this, the chances are big that it is true. The AI sees anything we did the last years on internet....

Personally I don't see the slightest chance of reinstatement of your account.

Is there any chance of requesting a human-agent rechecking on this?

You can tag a mod here, maybe he can contact the responsible team. But Amazon will NOT tell you what they found.

It means you and someone you know acted on each other's account. Either or both of you purchased from the other and/or left feedback or product reviews.

This may have also been people you know that do NOT have an Amazon account, friends, family, neighbors.....

I think this cause the linkage between both accounts.

Um, yeah, that would do it. There is no way to deny that there is a link between the accounts. Nothing you do now (changing the card, new computer, moving to another state) will change the fact that there is an established link between the accounts This isn't a grey area; pretty solid link.

Nothing to be confused about. Amazon considers this dishonest and deceptive.

Multiple accounts in one household are allowed, as long as ALL are in good standing and sell COMPLETELY different product types. They may also NEVER interact in any way, shape or form.

The only chance you have, is proving that this friend had a different address at the time (utility bills in their and your name, showing your different addresses)

And of course it appears your friend's account may be suspended as well, another problem.

THERE ARE NO OTHER SOLUTIONS if any

I am so confused about what I did that linked my account with my friend and worried about how I get my account back.

Neither of these proves a different address now, and at the time you used that card.. Utility bills! A bank statement can be sent anywhere, NOT a proof of address.

yes we have different addresses our personal details do not match. I ask my friend to provide me her identity card and bank statement so that I can prove our details are different but amazon do not accept it.
