Brand registry complaint stuck in under review

Hello,
I am having trouble removing a counterfeit seller off my asin. I submitted a trandemark infringement complaint in brand registry on 16th may and i got an email about 3 hours later that Amazon have taken action and that the the content would be removed within 24 hours. However it is now 22nd May and still nothing. When i check brand registry the submission still says under review. Has anyone ever experienced this problem and how did you resolve it. I submitted a 2nd complaint but 24 hours have passed no response still. What can i do to resolve as when i contact brand registry support they say they do not deal with those complaints?

We are dealing with the Intellectual Property Infringement situation here so Brand Registry is not the correct channel of communication for this case.

Still issue has not been resolved and julia says to contact her but she does not even reply. The complaints have been stuck in pending for nearly 2 months now.

I did and she asked for a case id, after that no reply its been over a month.
