Unfair Payment Hold and Ongoing Delay by Amazon Selling Partner Support
Hello,
I am posting here out of frustration with the ongoing delay from Amazon Selling Partner Support. My funds have been on hold for weeks due to a complaint about a product that I never sold. The listing was removed, there were no customer orders, and the product was never shipped.
Despite explaining this clearly, I keep getting the same generic replies. No real solution has been offered. This is causing serious financial difficulty for me.
I run a dropshipping business using trusted sources like Amazon Business. It is not possible for me to sell counterfeit products in my model. I have also contacted the rights owner using multiple email addresses, but there has been no response from them.
I am very disappointed with the way the support team is handling this issue. There is no clear timeline, no accountability, and no proper communication.
This issue needs to be resolved now. I am asking Amazon to release my payment and stop delaying this any further. If this continues, I will be forced to escalate this complaint formally.

Listing a product is intent to sell. You run a drop shipping business, so all you need to do is send in your authorization agreement with the brand owner and the drop shipping distributor, and your payment hold will go away.
Amazon is a retailer, not a wholesale distributor. You don't have a valid supply chain. You are purchasing retail to resell.
