Hello @Seller_av1ubFYpq2QlA
Thank you for the information provided regarding the restricted product violations that you have been attempting to resolve. I understand that the listings were not set up in a way that identified the listings as being adult products. How do you currently have the listings set up? What category do you have them listed in? What type of description are you utilizing for the title and detail page?
For these types of listings, you will need to ensure that the description is compliant with our policies. If the listing is utilizing any kind of overly graphic language, then the listing would be considered a violation. If you are attempting to appeal, and it is resulting in a rejection, then it may be that your listing needs to be edited. For more information on what is considered compliant for the listing, check out this page here.
If you have attempted to verify the details of the listing, what type of documentation are you providing? What details are you submitting to show that your product is compliant with all of our policies? Please continue to refer to this thread for any additional questions or updates that you have regarding this issue.
Best,
Atlas
