Inbound LTL Partnered Carrier Pilot Air Frieght
We usually have AAA Cooper, Central Frieght or Fed Ex Freight as our inbound to FBA partnered carrier. Today we have Pilot Air Frieght for the first time and its looking like they are a no call/no show. I tried calling them and customer service computer system doesnt have Amazon pickups scheduled pickups on it. It also looks like the company was recently sold to Merke after a bankruptcy.
Anyone else have any experiance with these guys?

We have used Pilot Air Freight Corp (PAAF) for FBA partner carrier LTL pickups.
My receipt from the Pilot driver shows it is a Maersk Company on the logo.

Both picked up on the correct day without communication.
My contact numbers for Pilot on the receipt ends with 4568. Is that the 800 number you called also?

FYI these guys have been a nightmare. Pickup was delayed, communication is nearly non existant, customer service not helpful and delivery to destination has been almost a month....

Pilot has been the worst. We had shipments that got picked up and took more than two months before they were checked in. They don't provide a Pro # on their pickups, so it's hard to track the shipments. They're just the worst. Of course, Amazon doesn't care and they're going to force you to eat whatever crap they serve.
