If you are on the Professional plan, downgrade to Individual. That will stop any monthly subscription fees.
If you have any inventory in FBA, you will continue to be charged storage fees until you have it removed (which will also be a charge).
If your account is suspended for any reason, you cannot close it until resolving the problem. But once you downgrade, you can just walk away.

It sounds like you put little effort into starting amazon.
Remove your payment methods and amazon will shut you down.
You should consider staying. Put your account on vacation mode and go to Seller U. If you are a professional change, your poor attitude.
