Question about Pack & Prep by Amazon
Hello! I am starting soon to sell through Amazon and I had a question, which I am not able to get answers to by checking resources on Amazon's website. I would really appreciate any comments about this.
My initial plan, is to ship to Amazon a product, straight from the manufacturer to the fulfilment centre. The manufacturer packs the product, which is capsules, in bags with 500 capsules each. My question is, for a fee, could Amazon receive this product, prepare bottles/small jars of 100 capsules each, and add the label (which I would be providing)? Or would I have to provide them with the content already in bottles of 100 capsules each, and they could only stick the label on it?

I'm afraid that Amazon's prep service will not receive and prep the products in the manner you have explained. The capsules will need to be in their own bottles as the team will not split the 500 into 100 capsule sets.

We want to find out if Amazon can provide the following service:
1. Do we need a barcode printed on the packaging tube of the product?
2. Do you offer pick pack and send service ?
- picking the product from Amazon Fulfilment Centre (AFC)? (what do we need to do to arrange for the manufacturer to deliver the products to the AFC.
- packing the product and putting it into the polybag? (Do we need a barcode?)
- sending it to the customer by putting the address label to the polybag and ship it to the customer?
3. If you offer all these products and services how much does it cost?
