Hazmat Issue
We sell a lot of chemical based product on Amazon and the Hazmat system is dreadful, you can't speak to anybody, there is no logic and you just get stock answers. I am trying to list a product ASIN B0CCS96R1T. It does have some hazard, but if relatively safe compared to other products sold on Amazon.
I have been going around in circles with no direct answer to the issue, i keep getting
"ASIN B0CCS96R1T went through dangerous good (hazmat) review but couldn't be classified, because it lacks detailed dangerous good (hazmat) information. Thank you for the pictures provided so far, however please make sure that all hazard statements, pictograms and list of ingredients are clearly visible and readable. In addition, please provide pictures where the manufacturer and capacity of the bottle/container are visible."
I have provided a legally compliant SDS and images showing all that they have asked for, i don't know what more information i can give.
Any help would be appreciated

At first, I had challenges listing my hazmat products. There are a bunch of points to consider when working with the FBA andHazmat programme:
1. Does your listing have the correct hazardous classification and ingredients? The more detail you have the smoother the quicker you can get enrolled
2. Apply for the Hazmat programme and then all your listings can be sold and added to the FBA programme.
3. Speaking/Email the correct person is a challenge with Amazon, so keep pestering them until you speak to someone part of the Hazmat Programme team.
