Why am I being charged for an Inactive Account
I have just opened this account barely a few days ago to try to get some of my designs sold here. The account is still inactive with zero inventory, please tell me why am I being charged $31.50. I need a refund immediately as I have not even used this service at all and was still trying to understand how it works. Once o get my refund, I will be closing account cuz it likely won’t work for me.

If you signed up for "Professional" there is a monthly fee regardless of what you do with the account. You need to choose "Individual" service level to have no monthly fee. Professional has more tools that you can use (such as setting shipping cost) that Individual does not have. You can change your service level here:

Account monthly fees are $29.99 plus tax for professional accounts.
$29.99 plus 5% GST TAX ($1.50) = $31.50
You will have to change your account from a Professional account to an Individual account, and then the change will take place at your next billing cycle.
