Verification Process HELP

I am utterly frustrated at the verification process and feel like I am getting nowhere! I was verified and my account activated, Amazon took my money and then immediately deactivated my account. I have been trying for 3 days to get the information that they need and everytime have been told they need more. Can someone advise? The links that have been sent don't work, then it could be days before that it sorted rather than sending a new link, I wish I hadn't bothered as I am business starting out and haven't got the time or the money to be messed about like this! Customer support team have been trying to help but I would just like a refund and to forget selling here but I don't even know how to do that!?

Verification is in 2 parts - first your financial details and then your personal/business details which can take several weeks. All new accounts are deactivated until completely verified. You cannot now close the account and/or ask for a refund until verified.

They will need a utility bill for your home address and your company UTR (or company number from Companies House if a Ltd).
