What brand are you selling?
Where did you source your inventory?
Do you have permission from the brand to sell their items on Amazon?

1. You do not have an INVOICE from an authorized distributor of this brand, but very probably a RECEIPT from a retailer.
2. You do not have a written "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon

Hi there @Seller_hR4G6lPeqk2MZ,
Thank you for remaining patient while the moderating team and myself work to address your post. It is greatly appreciated.
Authenticity is held within high regard and considered to be the same as intellect property. As all sellers are expected to follow local, state, and federal laws in addition to Amazon policies, it is important they also understand and maintain the same regards when sourcing and listing their products. For this reason, concerns or questions of product authenticity is taken as seriously as intellectual property infringements.
When customers come to Amazon, they trust that they are able to source authentic goods. These expectations are met by Amazon making requests for sourcing documentation to ensure the items have been procured via a stable and traceable supply chain. Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured. These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
- Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
Your documentation must meet these requirements.

As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw has asked, these are questions you want to consider.
1. You do not have an INVOICE from an authorized distributor of this brand, but very probably a RECEIPT from a retailer.
2. You do not have a written "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon
@Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC also has excellent points.
If you would like, please answer these questions and provide a follow-up response so the forums community and I can continue to support you.
