This is regarding one of our order, for which the shipment was not traceable.
We made a complete refund to buyer. The buyer was okay to get a refund and confirmed her approval to take refund. We made the refund, which shows successful on our order page. The refund was made about 15 days ago.
Now the buyer writes today to say that she has not received the refund for this order in her account. Can you please look into this and confirm to buyer directly that how and when the refund was made to her buyer account; that will really be helpful. As the buyer is very anxious.
We have created a seller support case id 14904809791
The case id has the particular order no. in question.

Refunds you make are returned to the original payment method of the buyer. Any questions about those refunds need to be directed to Amazon by the buyer -- because you don't have anything to do with it. They paid Amazon and Amazon refunds them. Direct the buyer to contact Amazon directly.

This is great customer service from your end, which is always appreciated.
As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY accurately mentioned, everything in our end indicates that the refund was successfully completed since 2/12. You should urge the Buyer to contact Customer Service for further insight, it may also be possible that there's an issue with their payment method.
