Return Shipping Label Not U Cost

I was just looking through my returns and noticed quite a few returns which have been approved but the customer has not used the shipping label, hence not returned, if the label is not used by the customer then do we get that cost refunded?

You don't even get charged in the first place. You only get charged at the point the label gets scanned.

Following on this post. As mentioned by peer Seller, the charged will be set until the package is scanned, before that, there is not going to be any charged.
