Amazon setting my inventory to zero every time i update a listing

Hi There,
I sell various items on handmade (mainly personalised) and I do make changes on the listings now and again perhaps to alter description etc. Recently when I have finished updating and saving my listing I have noted that for some obscure reason Amazon now sets my inventory to 0 and makes it inactive. i then have to go onto my inventory and reset the stock level.
I don’t use any inventory upload files or anything fancy like that and it has never been a problem until recently (last two weeks or so at a guess).
Anyone else have that issue?

Hi There,

I was still having problems yesterday.
I have contacted and re-opened the case 3 times with seller support who sadly do not take the time to read the actual issue but browse over, make assumptions and send pointless generic links which are completely irrelevant. I am awaiting someone else to reply but i do not hold out much hope.

This has been happening to me too (also Handmade seller) I think yesterday morning was the last time it happened but it has been going on all week

I have contacted and re-opened the case 3 times with seller support who sadly do not take the time to read the actual issue but browse over, make assumptions and send pointless generic links which are completely irrelevant. I am awaiting someone else to reply but i do not hold out much hope.
