Typically an appeal submission for reinstatement can be found on your Account Health Dashboard page here:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard
You should see a yellow button that says "Reactivate Your Account". You should have also received a Performance Notification providing details on your next steps. Feel free to share your original deactivation message for additional guidance (Remove all personal data).
