Amazon is a self service platform and the seller has to LEARN himself how it works and what he has to do exactly. "Shiping my products to Amazon FBA" is basic knowledge and Amazon will NOT pay employees to explain you how to do it.
Click the link above of Seller University, take 4-5 weeks and LEARN how you have to proceed.
