Full Balance in Account Level Reserve - No Disbursements

I have all my funds held in my reserve balance. I was supposed to have a disbursement on the 28th but it was then changed to $0.00 and no disbursement was made. Now all new sales are going into account level reserve and the next payout period also has $0.00 available. I have opened a case but it has been transferred without a response.

Account health is normal, no violations, no email, no performance notification. It just says under Payment Policy on my account health page "Funds are being held while your account is being reviewed". But I have no notification that there was one being conducted.

I am wondering what is going on with my balance? Could I please get a response or what the review is in regard to?

Same here. don't have any idea why this is happening. no response from Amazon seller support or account health or Disbursement -appeal or payment team. I have raised so many cases but no response.

Account reviews are standard and can happen for multiple reasons, as outlined in our help page below:

Your account is under review

We might reserve funds if we notice an unexpected change in your sales or account activity, or if you are a new seller with estimated delivery times that are longer than your settlement period.

Keep in mind that your account is also subject to "Payments based on delivery date".
