Replacement order

I need to send a customer a replacement order, do i do this through Amazon, as i use FBA for all deliveries, or do i send this out myself? I cant find where in seller central it will let me do this.

If you use FBA, Amazon should be sending the replacement out for you and handling all the customer service

Can I ask, why are you sending a replacement ? Depending on the reason for offering a replacement, it is often better to ask the customer to re-order and give a refund.

If they are stating INR then there's a few things to check first before just sending a replacement. If faulty then tell them to open a return request, and get the item back. Other tactics too !
