Premium one day shipping showing as 2 day
I offer next day premium shipping and 2 day premium shipping.
I just checked one of my products and it is showing as
£3.50 delivery March 21 - 22
Or fastest delivery Tuesday, March 21.
My handling time is set to zero i.e. same day and my cut off time is set to 3:30pm (it’s now 2:30pm.) so how come it isn’t showing as Saturday or Monday as fastest delivery?
Also this is showing on my public profile:
“Delivery Policies
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Lyrics Art dispatches all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.”
So it’s saying I despatch in 2 days when it’s actually same day.
How can I change all this please as it’s daft offering one day delivery if Amazon is telling the customer otherwise.
BTW this is nothing to do with SFP trial that I am currently on.

My cut off is set 2pm however, the actual cut off is 1pm as they need to allow 30 mins for pending orders
Premium will show weekday dispatch so if I ordered that from you now, it will come through to you as pending , convert to unshipped at 3.30pm and will say despatch by Monday, deliver by Tuesday
