Another seller has taken buy box selling suspected counterfeit
I have a brand registered listing that another seller has taken over the buy box. It is my product and I am the only one who has inventory of it. It is suspected counterfeit. (The seller has terrible reviews suggesting this). Amazon told me to buy the product and show them pictures. I live in Canada and the seller only ships with USA. Any suggestions? Is there a way to restrict other sellers from listing my products? Thank you

So you do not have trademark registration in the US? Amazon wont do anything in the US with a brand registered only in Canada.

With test buys being the standard process throughout the world for rights owners to perform checks to see if their IP is being illegally used, sellers will need test buys to perform offer level actions. That would mean using agents or buying mailing addresses in other countries if sellers would like to enforce their IP rights in those countries.
