My account is deactivated due to my UK account.
I’ve been trying to get my account reactivated for about z2-3 weeks now. I was told to get my UK store reactivated and that would help my US account get reactivated as well. I received an email saying in order to reverify I must “take a photo”…ive done that it has taken more than 2 business days. Everytime I try to add additional info to my appeal it keeps getting denied. I’ve tried everything. Please help.

For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
Related Account issues can be frustrating and confusing. Sounds like you have a related account issue with your UK Global Store. Once the UK store is reactivated you are able to reactivate the US store by following the appeal path from the Account Health Page.
Once ALL stores are active, if you do not wish to sell Globally, with help from Seller Support you can close the stores you are not selling in. To view those Global stores, go to the Settings Wheel, top right corner and select Account Info. You should see all the stores in this location (if they are linked to your US store) and also see any required steps for any other global store.
