Unable to verify the charge method
Hello,
I had been using a visa for more than a year and it was charged fine, no issue at all, but suddenly I received an email 10 days ago saying that 'the seller account is not active, please update the charging method'.
I updated (also passed the reactive process) and tried to add a new credit card- master card, but it says 'unable to charge'. I filled in all the info correctly and checked again and again with the bank, the bank said the 2 cards are fine. And I applied for another credit card-JCB but it needs a few days.
Please help! What should I do now?
