I want to allow access of Amazon Brand Tailored promotions to Child account, can someone please advise where we can locate this option in User Permission?

If you see a permissions error page, have the primary user grant you access by visiting "Settings > User Permissions > Global User permissions > (find relevant user in list) > Manage rights > Brand Benefits > Brand Tailored Promotions".
