Trying to add and verify a new bank account
Hey guys,
I added a new bank account a week ago. Amazon asked for a statement. When I uploaded the statement, I got the error:
Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on getting this fixed, as soon as we can. Please try again later.
Tried to upload for a week. Is anybody experiencing the same? What to do? Support just told me to clear cache lol. Tried different devices and browsers. Looks like it's on the amazon side.
