Any updates on RFD2 declining USPS shipments?

Hello,

We opened a discussion two months ago, explaning that RFD2 was refusing shipments that we sent from Germany to Amazon via DHL, which arriving in the US are handed over to USPS which then delivers to the FBA warehouses.

These parcels are very expensive for us, so if they get declined for no reason and sent back, we lose lots of money.

We know that you will be saying that USPS needs to make an appointment to deliver, but we have been sending shipments to the US for many years, often to MDW2 and other warehouses which never gave us any problem. So RFD2 collaborating with USPS is the problem.

Right now we would have to prepare another shipment and RFD2 is once again on the list defined by Amazon, even though we chose USPS (we know you want us to ship with UPS, we did so, but just too expensive from abroad).

We will rather be picking "Partial shipment" instead of "Amazon-optimized-Shipment" and pay the fee than working with RFD2 anymore.

We understand this has been a pain point for sellers, and we are continuing to share seller messages about the issue with our partner teams.

There are no updates or policy changes since you last checked in. Our partner teams continue to recommend that sellers refer to the carrier requirements for delivering shipments help page for details about what is required of your carriers for deliveries to our fulfillment centers, specifically the Scheduling delivery appointments section:

As you have continued to experience these issues, it is good that you have other options and strategies available.
