Retroactive $250 Charge from FedEx – No Proof! What’s Going On?
Hey everyone,
Has anyone else dealt with this? I shipped a package using FedEx through Amazon, and now I’m hit with an extra $250 charge after the fact. They’re saying my package dimensions were off, but here’s the kicker – there’s no proof. They didn’t send me any photos or evidence to back this up, just slapped me with the charge.
The worst part? This $250 is way more than the value of what I even shipped! It feels like I’m being ripped off here.
Has anyone had this happen before? What can I do to fight this charge? I’m at a loss, and any help or advice would be super appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Seller_0SMU2NFb6EygC, was this a seller fulfilled order? To see carrier adjustment details, navigate to the Payments on Seller Central. In Transaction View filter by Shipping services purchased through Amazon, and then search for "Adjustment" in the Product Details column. You can also download the report by selecting the download button located above the table in the Transaction view tab.
Carrier shipping correction charges has more info, but let me know if you have questions!
