Feedback Removal for order with an email address included - mods please help

Ok I guess nobody is going to respond to this as it has been 2 weeks.
I am having a really hard time getting feedback removed for order 114-7504144-3074628 and I would like to see if a mod can step in here. The customer left this review: hi i purchased your phone however it is locked via varizon network lock also the phone is under some form of contract . i took it to a technician and he pin to have it network unlocked but still not working . at this point compensation is being requested cause the tech said he paid for the network unlock feel free to message [customer's email]
I cannot reopen the case in feedback manager, and when I contact support through the link in feedback manager I get this:

3. Select Request removal under the Actions column next to that Order ID.
Then when I try to respond via the link at the end of this email to reopen the case, I get:
We understand you are requesting further evaluation of your case; however, it appears to be the same request that we reviewed and resolved previously with no additional information.
If you require further assistance, clarify your concern, question, or provide more information such as the reason why the previous response did not resolve your issue. If you experienced an error, please include the error message.

Can someone look into this? The customer wants their feedback removed as well after I told them their email is visible to anyone, however I am going in circles with Amazon's automated messages here. I chatted with 2 different Amazon team members that were telling me to go into feedback manager but they are not understanding that the option to open the case is not there. Would really like someone to help myself and the customer remove this as we and they, do not want their email address attached to the review. I tried to walk them through steps to edit the review, but they may be an older less tech savvy person as they cannot figure it out. Please help, thank you. Order 111-6694798-0601804.
