Temporary Restraining Order is settled, but my funds still on hold but Amazon stated that an attorney never contacted to Amazon legal department
My funds were on hold due to the Temporary Restraining Order on the Patent complaint in district court. We have settled the case, but Amazon stated that an attorney never contacted Amazon's legal department about it! After I provided a screen-print with an Amazon attorney promising to release my funds in 24-48 hours (2 weeks ago!) seller support just quickly closed my cases without a reply or resolution.
So my funds are still on hold. Any idea how long it takes to get my funds released?

The attorney does the same thing they did to do the TRO. Until that happens, your funds remain frozen.
