Transferred Cases with no resolution
We have several cases that have been "Transferred" with no answer to any of them.
Has anyone actually gotten any responses for any transferred cases?
Can someone from Amazon look at these please and see what is going on? @CR_Amazon
14460612541: we had a Safe-T Claim that we were denied initially, but the circumstances changed and the item was delivered to the customer with a signature. We provided the delivery receipt, but after our response showing the delivery receipt, no one has responded to the Safe-T Claim for it, so we're out of the item and our money, and it's been almost 3 months now since it was delivered to the customer.
14516853981: this one the customer initially claimed that the bed was shaking and we told her to tighten the legs. She then filed an A-Z claim saying she did not receive it and we attached the delivery receipt to the buyer seller message so Amazon could see it, but they denied us because "we did not provide the name of the carrier" which was obviously shown on the delivery receipt. There's no option to re appeal, and it should've been obvious that the customer received it because she signed for it and she claimed the base was shaking so how can she say she did not receive it? Again, we are out of the item and our money.
These are not small items either, and this is a lot of money that we have not been paid for so that's why we require delivery receipts.

I have never gotten a response off a transferred case and I am leaning towards that its a myth to receive a response on a transferred case.
