This is regarding the below negative feedback:

“I still have not received my refund and it is now on day 3. I can update my review after my refund is issued, but this has been a challenge”

The customer requested the replacement Order ID: 113-3725188-2973001 to be cancelled on May 15th and it was cancelled as requested. The customer left us a negative feedback on May 18th that they did not receive their refund, but since the order is a replacement it had no charge to begin with.

The customer requested the replacement Order ID: 113-3725188-2973001 to be cancelled on May 15th and it was cancelled as requested. The customer left us a negative feedback on May 18th that they did not receive their refund, but since the order is a replacement it had no charge to begin with.

Sounds like they were requesting a refund for the original order, not the replacement.

Hello @Seller_lRffXYNhkxPO3- and thanks for posting.

As I review the original and replacement order in question here, I do not see that any feedback comment was left from this customer. In any case, this page informing on situations where Amazon can remove or strikethrough seller feedback comments does confirm that "Removal requests must be made within 90 days of the feedback submission. The system prevents feedback removal after 90 days."

Hopefully this situation was previously resolved, and the customer removed their seller feedback comment. If you are instead referring to a product review, please see the instructions on this page for the methods to report a review.
